Where can I find Duke?
Duke is available at most better beauty supply stores and retail chains. Usually, wherever black hair care products are sold, you will find Duke. Since many of our sales to smaller stores are done through distributors, we are not able to give you the exact locations of stores that carry Duke.
Duke greaseless hair dressing seems different now. Why?
Several months ago, Duke was completely updated. The packaging was improved and some products had their formulas modified slightly to improve their performance. A decision was made to change the greaseless formula to make it less pasty. Many of our loyal customers contacted us to say that they liked the old formula better, and that they wanted it back. Well, we listened, and now you should be able to find the old formula at your favorite retailer (still in the new package.)
What is a texturizer?
A texturizer is a very mild relaxer that loosens your natural curl pattern. Depending on the amount of time you leave the texturizer in your hair, different results can be achieved. These results range from simply more manageable hair, to waves to curls or even straight looks.
My hair is dry and itchy – what can I do?
Try Duke daily oil moisturizer and Duke hair dresses. You will be amazed at what a big difference a truly high quality product can make. A small amount each day will dramatically improve this dry itchy condition.
I want waves. What can I do?
Try a Duke texturizer kit and Duke pomade. These two great products come with directions – and in combination with a durag or wave caps will give you the results you are looking for.
I went to my local store and they do not have the product I am looking for. What can I do?
See the store manager. He should be able to order Duke for you.
